" Marni Allen, principal of Tucson Property Executives, is an excellent real estate agent. We got Marni’s information from a friend of a friend and from the first phone contact she provided excellent information and service. Much of our communications was done by phone as the location of the house that needed to be sold is 1500 miles away. The house had been owned and lived in by an elderly family member for over 60 years. There was deferred maintenance, along with inside and outside cleaning issues that had to be addressed. Marni provided advice and crews to address or assist with all of these issues. Although speed was not a priority, it took less than 3 months from the beginning of our process to closing on this Tucson neighborhood house. Throughout this entire process Marni’s experience, professionalism and advice was invaluable. I highly recommend her services for your real estate needs. "
